INTERNATIONAL WEBINAR ON IMMUNITY BOOSTING HERBAL MEDICINES

The International Webinar on Immunity Boosting Herbal Medicines was meant to create awareness regarding the use of herbal medicines that can be used to boost the immunity for better health and combating with several infections.
Inaugural session was chaired Hon. I/C Principal Dr. G. G. Chougale.
The anchoring of the webinar was done by Dr. M. S. Sutare.
The main speech was delivered by Dr. Natthawud Dussadee, Vice President, Maejo University, Chiang Mai, Thailand.
The chief guest of this webinar was Prof. A. M. Deshmukh, President, Microbiologsts Society, India, Ex-Professor & Head, Department of Microbiology, BAMU, Subcentre, Osmanabad. He highlighted the importance of herbal medicines and their role.
Dr. S. V. Madhale delivered the Vote of Thanks.
The technical work was handled by Dr. S. P. Dorugade.
This webinar was arranged during the COVID 19 pandemic and was aimed to help the students, health experts and common people.
More than 105 participants attended the webinar.
The book, Conservation of Wild Taxa: Present Scenario was published during the webinar by Department of Botany, YPSC, Solankur.
